I decided to visit this clinic after reading the reviews, and I experienced exactly what many others had described.

As soon as I walked into the clinic, I felt a very calm and welcoming atmosphere. From the front desk staff to the overall service, everything was excellent. The doctor was professional and attentive, and the clinic was exceptionally clean and well-maintained.

I am very satisfied with my experience. They even provide refreshments such as coffee and tea. Although the coffee is just a 3-in-1 mix, it's still a thoughtful touch that you don't usually find at other clinics.

Overall, I highly recommend this clinic and would definitely return in the future.

The charges also much acceptable and fair to what was needed.. Hopefully this kind of service should be provided to those are in B40 category as well with the prices all to be in fair.. I just wish this to clinic management so that everyone with every financial category people afford to visit your clinic and get better treatment yaa.. 🫶🏽💓💞.. Also, the doctor took the time to explain my medical condition in detail and answered every question I had with total clarity. Came to Klinik Airaa to get my ear checked. The clinic satff was quick to register me and was checked by a Doctor in no time. A small procedure was carried out to remove a strand of hair which has caused the discomfort. The Doctor was very professional and gentle. Thank you to all!

I visited Klinik Airaa for my baby scans at both 5 weeks and 8 weeks of pregnancy, and I had a really wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the doctor and the staff nurses were extremely kind, professional, and welcoming. The environment felt comfortable and reassuring, which is very important, especially during early pregnancy visits.
The doctor was very patient and took the time to clearly explain every detail of the scan, answering all my questions without rushing. Each step was explained in a simple and easy-to-understand way, which really helped ease my worries and made me feel confident and well cared for. First of all, the clinic is beautiful and comfortable. I came here from JB for a growth scan, and the service from the counter staff to the doctor was excellent. The doctor took a good amount of time to do the ultrasound and explain my baby’s condition (Dr. Insyirah if I’m not mistaken). They even provided the ultrasound soft copy and videos through WhatsApp (love it). I truly recommend this clinic to everyone!

I went to this clinic after visiting the emergency department, where they didn’t do any scans or detect anything. But the doctor here was really attentive, she did a proper ultrasound and managed to identify a possible cause of my pain. She was gentle, patient, and very helpful throughout the consultation. Truly one of the best experiences I’ve had at a clinic. Hoping the treatment works and that I’ll recover soon! 🤍
